OUTLINE: The human race has rapidly expanded in recent times to occupy a roughly globe shaped region around the Sun. All human settlements are governed by The Council on Earth and are protected by a well organized military, paid for by a centralised fund. Earth is still governed by a primitive form of democracy, which has a tendency to dither over urgent decisions, all voices wishing to express their views.

STRATEGY: The humans fight in an ordered, well disciplined manner with squadrons of well trained pilots performing well drilled roles.
